Methods of Payment We accept payment on mailorders by certified check or money order. Internet orders can be paid by credit card via PayPal.
Exchange Policy All sales are final. However, I will happily exchange your hat for another if returned unworn within ten days.
Custom orders are not exchangeable. If you have any questions, please contact us at bina@binacouturehats.com.
Shipping Shipping will be calculated at the point of check out. We ship within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday) from the time your order is placed for hats in stock. Custom made orders lead time will range from 2 to 3 weeks.
